Privacy & enquiries.

Last updated 28 October 2026.

This website is operated by Alex Trésor through Trésor Consult. Trésor Consult offers client acquisition and hands-on consulting to established UK B2B agencies. Trésor Consult does not represent itself as a UK-registered company. To ask about your information, request deletion or contact the operator, email alex@tresorconsult.com.

What information is collected?

The on-page four-question initial fit check runs locally in your browser. We do not receive the answers you select. The site does not automatically create an application, accept payment or sign a contract. Standard technical logs may be processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security, reliability and diagnosing problems.

Optional analytics and playback

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how visitors use the website: page views, chapter progression, choices of navigation links, booking and email clicks, referring campaign information, and returning visits. PostHog only loads after you accept analytics. We do not send the answers of the on-page fit check, messages or email addresses to PostHog. A browser identifier may be stored in local storage if you consent; the consent decision is also stored locally for up to 180 days.

Session replay is a separate optional setting. It is disabled until specifically selected and may record on-screen interactions; sensitive text and input elements are configured to be masked. Despite masking, replays could contain incidental personal information, so do not enter confidential client data. Selecting replay does not guarantee that a recording will be made. You can withdraw consent or change either preference using Privacy settings on the homepage. Withdrawing consent stops future event collection; email us if you want to request deletion of prior collected data. No advertising or retargeting pixels are deliberately installed.

Approximate country information

The hosting provider can supply a two-letter country identifier based on your public IP address. We use it only to explain whether the UK-focused offer is likely to fit. This signal is approximate and is never used alone to accept or reject an agency. The website does not request precise device location.

Scheduling or emailing us

If you open the appointment link you leave this site for Calendly. Calendly may collect your name, contact details, appointment information and meeting preferences and issue calendar notifications; see Calendly's privacy notice. We use information you voluntarily supply to respond to your enquiry, evaluate whether a discussion is sensible and arrange follow-up. Our expected lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling a requested business enquiry; optional analytics and replay rely on your consent. Booking a call is not a contract and does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Who receives data, and where?

Website hosting and technical logs are handled through Vercel; opted-in website usage events are handled through PostHog EU; bookings through Calendly; and direct correspondence through the email service provider. Enquiries may be accessed by the website operator from outside the UK, including South Africa, and some service providers may use infrastructure or support personnel in other countries. Transfers and any required protections should be addressed by the operator and applicable service-provider arrangements. This notice does not claim that we have a UK office or provide financial or legal advice.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records as needed to respond to requests, document communications and meet applicable legal obligations; exact retention varies by record. PostHog's project settings and the providers' terms determine analytics and recording retention. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to relevant processing, or withdraw analytics consent by emailing alex@tresorconsult.com. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office where UK data protection law applies.
